Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure the safe and effective provision of Massaged By Cee therapy services. By booking or participating in a treatment you agree to these terms.

Deposits - all clients have to pay a £30 non-refundable deposit when booking treatments
2. Appointments
- Appointments can be made via the website or over the telephone
- Confirmation - You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or text message.
- Rescheduling/Cancellation - Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Plus ones and children are not allowed to attend appointments

3. Late Policy
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to maintain the schedule, with the full fee applicable.
4. Code of Conduct
- Clients must respect my boundaries at all times, adhering to basic hygiene practices.
- I am a professional massage therapist and I do not incorporate sexual activities within my treatments. If I feel uneasy at any point you will be asked to leave and the full fee will be applicable.
- As a professional I adhere to ethical and professional codes, ensuring a respectful environment at all times.

5. Health and Safety Requirements
- Disclosure - Clients must disclose any health issues, allergies, conditions, or injuries prior to treatment. This information is vital for customising the service safely.
- Current Health Protocols - Please comply with any health and safety measures in place, such as face coverings or sanitation practices if required by local health guidelines.
- Post op clients must have all drains removed by a GP before commencing any post op massages with me.
6. Scope of Services
- Massaged By Cee offers Massage therapy that is meant for relaxation and wellness purposes. It is not a substitute for medical treatments or consultations.
7. Payment Terms
- Rates for service are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of the treatment via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds for completed sessions will not be provided. If you are dissatisfied, please discuss your concerns directly so that we can address them promptly.
9. Liability Waiver
- By accepting Massaged By Cee services, you consent to waive any liability on my part for any adverse effects you may experience, understanding that all treatments are administered at your own risk.
10. Confidentiality
- All personal details and records of your treatments are kept confidential and handled according to relevant privacy laws.
11. Changes to Terms
- Massaged By Cee reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of substantive changes will be provided to clients.

13. Post Op Bundle Plans
- All bundle plans must be paid upfront when booking online.
- A minimum of 2 treatments per week must be taken when booking bundles in order to achieve your desired outcome from surgery.
- If less than 48 hours notice is given for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment this will be deducted from your remaining bundle balance.
14. Complaints
Massaged By Cee would like to deal with any complaints as soon as possible.
